How the nine nights unfolded

  1. Night 1 — the sacred beginning

The utsav opened on 22 September with Ghatasthapana and Maa Durga’s aarti, setting a devotional tone that returned every evening of the nine nights.

  2. Nine nights of garba & dandiya

Every night from 22–30 September, 2000+ residents took to the floor in their traditional best, dancing to a live orchestra — nine full nights of non-stop garba and dandiya.

  3. A community feast, every night

After the dancing, families came together over mahaprasad — more than 1200 dinner servings shared each and every night of the festival.

  4. One of Mumbai’s largest society utsavs

With a daily footfall of 2500+, the celebration grew beyond our towers — welcoming friends, neighbours and families from across the Western Suburbs.

  5. Felicitations & togetherness

Through the festival, performers, volunteers and our generous sponsors were felicitated on the main stage — a celebration of the whole community.

  6. Night 9 — a grand finale

The ninth night, 30 September, ended on a high — the community united in devotion, dance and gratitude, already looking forward to 2026.
